I want to apologize first off because my camera is not taking clear pictures and second because I don't know who made this doll. It might say somewhere but I have no idea where it would say it. This is a doll that I've had for years and it has literally just sat on a shelf on its stand for that duration. The hair is a little fluffy but other than that it is in good condition. She comes with a hat that has a some flowers and foliage on it and she has lots of lace, including lace stockings and white shoes with a snapping strap. She stands at 20" tall and comes with her nice wooden stand.
