This is a group of 20 unusual fossil teeth from a single site in South Carolina. They are all average sized examples from the extinct Devil Ray (Mobuloid), Plinthicus sp. This should make a great group for research, teaching, or reselling. The largest tooth measures approx. 3/8" (9mm) in length. The winning bidder will receive the exact group of teeth pictured! They were found in Oligocene age deposits, in the Chandler Bridge Formation, near Goose Creek, South Carolina. The site was in a subdivision known as "The Hamlets". Thanks for looking & good luck on this one. |
