Once we receive the following: 
1.) Payment in full and
2.) Your completed information

we will begin working on a proof of your order. You can expect an emailed proof
of YOUR invitation within 24-36 hours from the time we receive #1 & #2 above.
Business days are Monday - Friday. We do work on weekends but it is our family
time also, so proofs may be delayed during this time.

Once you receive your proof, please email back any changes or corrections
or confirm the proof is correct. Once you have approved the proof, no other changes
can be made. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK/BULK FOLDER FOR OUR EMAILS!

Once we receive your final approval that the invites are "a go" and ready to print,
we will begin the final steps of processing of your order.
Your invitations will be shipped via the method you choose
within 2-3 business days from proof confirmation*

*Rush orders will be processed ahead of all other orders - see below*

You have a choice of shipping your item via:

First class mail: 2-9 day delivery time
Priority mail: 2-3 day delivery *guaranteed*

IF you need your invitations faster than described in the turn around time section, you can pay a $30.00 rush fee (which includes shipping price + rush fee service price). 
This service means you are having us ship your order
Express 1-day*(in most areas) and we also will expedite your proofs
and process your order faster than a non-rushed order. Our price is
based upon the time it takes us to stop all other orders, and expedite
your order (move it to the top of all others), which in some cases means
we are losing out on other orders coming in, plus processing in 1-day*

Your satisfaction and feedback are very important to us. Please contact us if you have a problem with an order before leaving us feedback. We have received some feedbacks lately that we felt were not warranted. Please READ this entire auction looking at size, quality etc... we do our best to represent our items, however we do understand that ordering off the internet can be difficult because you cannot feel or touch the item. For that reason, we are happy to provide one FREE sample of our invitations before placing your order. The invitation will be stamped with "Sample" and will not have your information - it will be an example invitation so you may see the quality and weight of the paper we use, our images etc.....

We do have a refund/return policy that we feel is very fair, considering you cannot order a personalized item anywhere else and expect them to take it back.....

If you receive an order and still find that you are unsatisfied, contact us.
You can then mail back your entire order and we will refund as stated below:

Return Policy: We will refund your purchase price, less 15% to cover our fees paid when we listed
your item, fees we got charged through Paypal and our time to cut, package, mail and process
your order. We also will not pay for return shipping. The item must be mailed back, in it's entirety, in the same condition we mailed it to you. We must receive the item in 7-days from the date you received it (*we have a delivery confirmation from USPS), otherwise there will be no refund.

Feedback: We leave feedback for you as time allows. Our customers and our orders are #1 priority, so during busy times, please be patient as we get to feedback weekly. Please do not threaten us to leave you positive feedback ~ feedback is an option, not a requirement.
