Shipping? We do not ship anything through Pay Pal without a tracking number, and 90% using Click N Ship through the postal service. This has an increased cost involved for the delivery confirmation, and thermal labels. Larger items are shipped using UPS ground, and also have tracking #'s but due to some email address not accepting UPS Quantum Ship we will only provide a number upon request and after 3 days from payment received due to the high volume of emails we receive daily. In the case of loss or damages we will work with you to get a resolution we can both be happy with. We work hard to insure safe arrival of all your packages, please rest assured we are not making big money on shipping, and the time from us to you is in the postal services, and UPS hands as we ship within 2-3 days of cleared payments.
