PAYMENT

·         We accept Paypal, money order, cashier’s check, and personal check. All payments must be in United States Dollars only. We do not accept checks or money order from Canada, other countries other than United States. Specify method of payment during checkout. 

·         International buyers, Paypal only.

·         California residents pay 8.25% sales tax.

·         Payment is due within 5 days after purchase/auction ends. We cannot guaranteed product availability if you don't pay on time. Plus, our system may send an unpaid item strike if exceeded 5 days.  

·         For fastest process, pay with Paypal! If you are sending check/money order, please print your order or write the item number and include in the mail. Checks may take up to 5 business days to clear. We will only ship order after check is cleared. So please understand a slower delivery with this method. You are welcome to contact us to check status. Money order: We will process your order as soon as we receive money order in the mail. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

·         Shipping within U.S. continental: First lot is $28, $19  each additional lot. Via USPS Parcel Post  or Fedex Ground.  

·         Shipping to Hawaii & Puerto Rico: First lot is $30, $20 each additional lot. Via Fedex or USPS Parcel Post. .

·         Shipping to Canada: First lot is $42, $30 each additional lot. Via USPS Priority mail or Fedex International. Usually takes 6-10 days depending on Canadian customs. You may also use your Fedex account if you had one.

·         Other International buyers, email for quote.

·         You will get shipping notification via email. Tracking number is available upon request at no cost.

·         Insurance is available upon request.

·         Fast shipping is our goal. We are committed to process order within 1-2 business days after payment is secured.   

RETURN POLICY

·         We accept returns within 5 business days after order is received. We encourage you to check order immediately when it is delivered.  Please contact us within 5 business days if you have any concern, else returns will not be accepted.

·         Buyer is responsible for any shipping cost to return product for an exchange, unless it is mistake caused by us. Product returned for exchange must be in resellable condition. Restocking fee is 10% of product value, and will be billed to you.

·         In case you find any defectives: First thing to do is take a picture, attach to email and send to us with detail description. We will review the case and issue you a RMA#. Then we may decide to replace or exchange the product. Again, you need to contact us within 5 business days after receipt of product.
