RETURNS
 

Returns will only be accepted if the item shipped is DOA, defective, or we have shipped you the wrong item. You must file for a return within 7 business days from the date of the receipt of the product. In order to return an item you would have to contact our RMA dept. (isaac@compxpress.net) fill out an RMA form and get and RMA number. Returns without authorization will not be excepted and will be subject to 25% restocking fee, if everything shipped in the original purchase is returned to us.
