If there is damage to the shipment, then you must refuse the package and contact BatteriesInAFlash immediately. BatteriesInAFlash must be notified of any damage on any shipment within 2 business days of receipt. BatteriesInAFlash cannot guarantee replacement at no cost to the recipient when notified of damage after 2 days of receipt.
