I had Lap Band Surgery on August 26th, before surgery I was getting everything prepared that I needed but couldn't seem to find a cookbook that just had protein shake recipes in it. So I collected 200 of them from friends in my support group and other people. I thought there may be others who have the same problem so I'm listing them on here. I will email them at no shipping cost. There are shakes in here for everything, including breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks. They are relatively simply and some ingredients can be bought in stock. This has been a life saver for me and will be for you as well!!!
ENJOY!!!
