Please bear in mind that we are a business, and are only open during normal business hours. We are not here at night, Sundays, or on Holidays; so please do not expect responses at those times. Upon receiving their order, buyers have 14 days to return the product if they are unsatisfied. If negative feedback is left before we are contacted about a problem and given a chance to resolve the problem, we will consider the issue resolved.

Shipping Terms:
1. Our regular shipping cost is now $5.00 for your first coin or currency auction and $1.00 per additional auction (up to $10 maximum) in the United States.
As a result, we may choose a different shipping method than what is chosen during checkout.
If you require a specific shipping method, or expedited shipping, please e-mail us for a quote.

2. Non-coin orders are not under the $5.00 policy and will be charged actual shipping, unless otherwise specified.

3. On orders outside of the United States, contact us and we will let you know your shipping.

4. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
PLEASE CONTACT US TO VERIFY THAT WE SHIP TO YOUR COUNTRY!
We will provide a customs number for international shipments but WILL NOT GUARANTEE OR BE RESPONSIBLE in any way for deliveries outside of the United States.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS REMEMBER - SHIPPING CAN TAKE UP TO 3 MONTHS.

All orders accumulated for more than 7 days could take up to 2 weeks to ship.
