For Winning Bidder
You will receive an email with an invoice and a payment, shipment instruction. You may choose either one of the payment options provided. Payment is expected within 7 days, if it is not received, an unpaid item strike will be filed. Once the payment is received and cleared, your merchandise would be shipped via HK Postal Service within 1-2 business days. You will also receive the tracking number via email (please contact us if you DO NOT receive the tracking number).

• Money Order/Cashier's check/Personal Check payment would hold for 5-7 business days to clear
• Payment is expected within 7 days, if it is not received, an unpaid item strike will be filed

Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return the item within 14 days after you receive it. The return item must preserve in its original condition in order to get a full refund (Shipping & handling is NON-REFUNDABLE in all cases). Once we received the returned item, your refund will be process within 5 business days. Please don't hesitate to contact us at urmarketoutlet@yahoo.com

Items show signs of wared in any way cannot be accepted for full refund. We strongly recommend our customers to put insurance in the returning shipment. If there is any damage or lose in the process of returning shipment, customers need to take the FULL responsibility.

• All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. Item must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Packages unauthorized return will be refused.
