In the event that a replacement is not available, buyer must choose to substitute with a difference product, upgrade, or similar product. If item is lost during shipping you are to obtain an insurance claim from the shipping company. After you have received you claim number please email us and we will follow up on the claim and ship you a new item.
For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds,

Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
