COTTAGE COLLECTABLES BUSINESS POLICIES:
PAYMENT POLICY: We prefer to receive payment by PayPal, we will accept a Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or a Personal Check. Orders paid by check will be held until the check is cleared by the bank, then we will ship the product. We MUST receive payment within seven to ten days, or a non-paying bidder report  will be filled with eBay. Please make all Money Orders or Checks payable to LINDA WEISER and send to P O Box 493, Balsam Lake WI 54810-0493.

SHIPPING POLICY: We normally ship by USPS or UPS ground. We do our best to ship within 24 to 48 hours of receiving cleared payment. We do offer international shipping on most purchases. Please email us prior to payment if you are out of the United States.

WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY: We offer our customers the option of purchasing insurance on all items purchased. Please address all shipping damages claims directly with the shipping company. We do not accept returns unless we have made a mistake and the item is not as described in the listing. We do not warranty any items beyond that which is specified in the description or listing. We do not ask our customers to pay for any costs if we have made a shipping error. 
  
OUR FEEDBACK POLICY: If any customer pays using one of the payment methods we have offered within seven to ten days, we will immediately leave positive feedback for that customer. We will rely on the quality of our ability to provide good customer service to earn positive feedback from our customers. We take feedback very serious, and will do whatever is required to make our customers happy with every purchase. If a mistake should happen, please give the opportunity to correct our mistake, we will do so, and therefore should never deserve a negative feedback.
