This is a low hour machine that is tight and very nice with no visible leaks or welds, with very few scratches and little rust for it's age.  It is recently serviced, and starts right up, sounds good, and runs great with strong hydraulics and no creep.  3 Tires are near new and 90%, left rear is 70% with some cracking.  The bucket is in good condition and includes a bolt on tooth bar.  The seat is brand new. The machine has hand and foot controls and aux hydraulics.  I know of nothing wrong with this skid steer, and it will be a great buy for someone. You will not find a nicer LS160 anywhere for what you will pay for this machine.  This is only a 5 day listing, so don't forget!

If you are the winning bidder you will be charged Iowa sales tax UNLESS you are exempt, or the Skid Steer is shipped via common carrier to an out of state address with a bill of lading to me.  I will absolutely follow Iowa Sales Tax laws, so if you have questions, call me, or contact the State of Iowa (don't assume your state is the same as Iowa!). 

This is an AS IS sale, but you can refuse to buy it if you don't like it when you come to pick it up.  You must come to look at it to refuse it, if you do, I will refund $25 of the $50 deposit ($25 will help to cover the cost of the listing).  Otherwise I will give you an negative unpaid item rating and keep the $50 deposit.  If you have questions feel free to call me, and as always, you are welcome to come test it yourself before you bid.

This Skid Steer is NOT for sale locally and the sale will not be pulled out from under you at the last minute.  It will positively sell to the highest bidder.  If you have less than 5 Ebay transactions, contact me for approval before you bid or I may block your bid.
