DESCRIPTION: For sale is a 2001 SP Authentic "Sign of the Times" Joe Durant autograph card. Card DU. A nice autograph card of this PGA golf star. The 2001 SP Authentic Sign of the Times Series with it's "clean, simple design" is known throughout the industry as one of the most beautiful autographed golf cards released. These cards are also getting harder to find. Because of the rare Tiger Woods rookie cards found in 2001 SP Authentic, the price of wax boxes has exploded to $300+. The supply of these wax boxes is drying up. As the popularity of golf card collecting increases, autograph and game used inserts will become even more valuable and difficult to find! Card was personally signed by Joe and is guaranteed authentic by The Upper Deck Company. Another plus is the autograph is "on the card". No autograph tape or stickers used which is becoming the "norm" with sportscards. The athlete actually handles the card to sign it. Much nicer than having an autograph sticker attached to the card!
