Specifications:
This bike is stock, with the following exceptions: 1) the chain is a Sram chain, 2) the cassette is a Dura-Ace 12-27 and 3) the tires are Continental GP4000s.  Bar width is 42cm center to center.  Stem length is 120mm.  Complete specifications can be found at the link below.

Highlights include:
Specialized A1 aluminum double-butted frame
Kinesis carbon 2 fork
Full 9-Speed Shimano (Ultegra, except for the D/A cassette) standard (53/39 chainrings) drivetrain and brakes
Shimano WH-R535 wheels

Condition:
I would say this bike is in great mechanical/functional condition and good cosmetic condition.  It has spent some time in a wet environment and there is some light corrosion on some steel parts - such as waterbottle bolts - here and there, but nothing that will affect performance.

The chain is not stretched. Wheels are true.  Bike shifts well. The tires are near new (I'd guess 100-200 miles logged).  Brake pads have lots of life remaining.  Nothing needs fixing or replacing - add some pedals and this bike will be ready to ride!
