You are bidding on an extremly lightly formerly enjoyed elegant Ashton LX size stamped, "Old Church" light tan sandblasted finish, bent "Poker" or "Friendly"shaped pipe, with a hand cut "Ashtonite" composite stem that was hand crafted by William Ashton Taylor, in England in 2002. The combination of the tan finish and the beautiful sandblasted ring grain allows one to easily see the straight grain of the briar right through the sandblast for a very mesmerizing three dimensional effect.

Ashton pipes are oil cured, just like the Dunhill pipes of yesteryear. This produces a very sweet performing pipe with a very easy break-in period. This beautiful pipe has everything going for it! It possesses a wonderful balance and “hand feel”, while delivering a very cool, sweet, and mellow performance! Please don’t miss this opportunity to own and enjoy this amazing pipe!

I have carefully and thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, rejuvenated, and polished this extremely lightly formerly enjoyed pipe to an absolutely pristine and issue free condition both inside and out. It is truly ready to deliver immediate enjoyment right out of the box.

Here are the dimensions of this gorgeous, elegant, and practical pipe: The overall length is about 6.0". The bowl height is 2.25". The tobacco chamber is about 0.825" in diameter, and gradually tapers down the bowl's 1.75" inner depth. Capacity is similar to that of a solid Group 5 Dunhill pipe. This classic English hand crafted pipe weighs 80 grams. The Ashton pipe sleeve, as pictured below, is included.

Once again, this is a seven day no reserve pipe auction. I do not believe in "Reserve" or "Buy it Now" prices. I want the lucky high bidder to own and enjoy this pipe and not have him frustrate himself with bidding on a pipe that is not attainable on a price basis! The pipes that I ship have too much time and labor lavished on their restoration and presentations as well as the many of these pipes are irreplaceable works of art.
