It is a 2003 Dunbar International Die-Cast Metal Coin Bank 1:32 Scale

It features a chrome plated grill, headlights, turn signals, detailed marker lights, glossy body paint and real rubber tires.

RC2 Stock Number 21383P

This is mint in collectors box and still in plastic protector box insert.
