This 2005 $5  Silver Maple Leaf  of Hope coin is a beautifully struck silver maple leaf coin.  It is stunningly attractive when viewed from different angles. 

Like all SML's this coin is a one ounce coin minted to the standard of 99.99% purity!!  These coins weigh 31.39 grams (one troy ounce) and are 38 mm in diameter and 3.15 mm thick.  The obverse of this coin carries the brilliant relief image of the Queen (by Dora de Pedery-Hunt) against a satin background.

This coin comes encapsulated and then set in a  flock-lined red leather clam case.  There is also a uniquely numbered certificate of authenticity.   The red clam case is housed inside a grey cardbaord box for protection.  There were only 25,000 of these minted.

 This coin is presented with a full certificate of authenticity. Now becoming harder to obtain as these sold out at the mint long ago.

  A wonderful, no problem, solid coin!  The image should tell most of the story on this piece!  How can you go wrong with a One Cent minimum bid?  Check back frequently with Vierksjewelry as we will be adding many new face value auctions on US and foreign coins in the near future not to mention some fantastic auctions of some of the coolest items imaginable with ridiculously low minimum bids!
