NC, Dept. of Revenue has changed the tax laws and NC Dept. of Revenue number (828-327-7474) if you have questions.  If picked up in NC add 8.0% sales tax, just like buying from Wal-Mart.  If shipped out of NC by license hauler, NO NC sales tax.

 

          50% payment in 5 business days or 1 weeks after the auction has ended, I have the right to re-list the unit/mower/equipment.  Without the deposit in 5 business days the buyer gives up the right to the unit/mower/equipment, and I may re-list.  I will be happy to store if unit/mower/equipment is 100% PAID IN FULL for a few weeks.  Buyer can pick up in Hickory, NC 28601 or I may be able to help with shipping hauler.
