My Auction and store listing terms, conditions and payment requirements--By purchasing or bidding on my listings, the buyer must agree to the following terms, so read carefully, I'll try to make it as short as possible--

One payment for all your items must be made to combine items for reduced S&H charges. If you plan on bidding on other items, DO NOT make your payment or complete the eBay checkout process until all items end(In otherwards, don't click the "Pay Now" until you are sure you are done buying or bidding). I will combine purchases over 7 days or so. 

S&H will be combined as follows--Highest Price item S&H first, each additional card set $2.00, each additional card or small lot (10 cards/lot or less) $.50, unless marked differently in the item listing. Larger lots than this, the S&H for them will be listed in the auction or store listing.

Additional S&H discounts for 10 purchases or more($1.00 for 10 purchases + $.50 for each additional 5 purchases). Also, I will give an additional S&H discout for 5 or more "Buy-it Now" or Store listings(usually $.05 to $.15 per item depending on value). You must allow me to invoice you to receive these additional discounts. As of this time(Dec. 2006), the eBay invoice will combine up to 40 different item listings on one invoice. 

Make sure and use the "Store Search" at the top of the left side of this listing and enter the name of your favorite driver or card set, this way you will find all of my listings you might be looking for. I may have missed putting it in the right category or may be listed in a lot. S&H per item is cheaper if you can combine more item purchases with a single shipment and payment!!  

My bidding and payment requirements--

Payment is due at purchase. Only exception is if you plan on bidding on other items, an email from the buyer would be appreciated to let me know this. 7 days is acceptable for Paypal payments, 10 days for mail payments. If you cannot pay within these terms, you need to contact me by email or you probably better not bid or purchase. Negative feedback will be left for non-payers. I reserve the right to cancel bids from bidders with negative or poor feedback.

Payment in the U.S. by Paypal (PhilKnoll@aol.com), Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks. An additional $15 bank fee will be charged to complete the transaction for personal checks returned for insufficent funds(don't bounce your check!!). Canadian buyers, Paypal or international money orders in U.S. funds only.

Personal checks will delay shipping 7-14 days to allow it to clear. I will notify you by email when payment is received and when your item(s) should be shipped.

Insurance is optional, but is recommended(only available to the U.S.)--I will not be responsible for items damaged or lost by the Postal System. It will be actual cost, based on the USPS scale. If not marked in the item as optional, contact me to adjust the invoice if you want it.

Items will generally be shipped USPS first class mail(Canada, USPS Air Mail Letter Post) the next weekday following a cleared payment, unless noted otherwise in the listing. Canadian buyers will be responsible for any customs charges, if applicable.

Invoices for purchases and update invoices(for buyers still bidding on other items) will generally be sent after my evening's auctions end. Emails will also be answered usually within 24 hours or less, again usually in the evening.
