This K A sheet was printed in Washington, DC.   However the corresponding bank notes were printed in Fort Worth.   Therefore the collector who wishes a note from each facility must have a note cut from a sheet like this one.   That has driven the price of the individual notes on this sheet to $25.00 from one online dealer.
