2006 CATERPILLAR 262B Skid Steer Loader

This auction is for a newer, VERY CLEAN Cat 262B Skid Steer Loader.  This unit was purchased for maintenance around one of my industrial buildings.  It has primarily been used for snow removal, landscaping needs, building upgrades, etc.  The machine has been taken care of very well and has been used very little.  There are a few areas with scratches / scuffs; along the back, around the wheel wells, and up front on the bucket arms.  In some of those areas, there is some rust where the paint has been scratched off, but other than a few scratchs the machine is in excellent shape.  The cab is also very clean.  I'm also the second owner of this machine.

The skid steer is powered by a turbo charged Cat 3044C engine.  It has auxilary hydraulics that are located on the left side of the machine on the boom arm.  With the auxillary hydraulics, you have about 22 gpm of hydraulic flow, which allows this machine to run most of the common attachments.  The bucket is a general purpose bucket with bolt on teeth.  The machine is joystick controlled w/ the auxillary hydraulic control on the joystick.  There is a foot pedal throttle or a manual hand throttle.  This is an open canopy machine w/ no heat or air.  Also, the tires have been foam filled which gives you alittle more lifting capacity and eliminates flats.

This has been a great machine.  The only reason I'm selling it, is the snow season is over and I just don't use it enough.  The starting bid on this machine is well below market price.  Check around to see!!!  The machine is for sale locally, so the auction may end early.

I can assist in the delivery of this machine for $1.70 a mile one way.  Mileage will be based off Mapquest, and the delivery is only good in the 48 states.  Starting zip code the use is 48062.

Payment for the machine is 10% within 48 hours of the close of the auction or "Buy it Now".  The balance is due 5 days after that.  If you are paying with a certified check, the machine will not be released until the check has cleared.  I would also accept wire transfers.  Also, this machine is free and clear of any liens, and I will supply a DMV sales form stating this.
