THIS IS A SEVEN DAY, NO RESERVE, AND INTERNATIONAL COLLECTIBLE BRIAR PIPE AUCTION.PLEASE CLICK HERE TO VIEW ALL OF THE OTHER BEAUTIFUL, NEW, OR FULLY RESTORED AND RECONDITIONED HIGH GRADE COLLECTIBLE PIPES THAT I HAVE LISTED FOR AUCTION THIS WEEK ON EBAY!You are bidding on an extremely lightly formerly enjoyed, 2006 Dunhill "Root Briar" series finish "Straight Dublin", with a two knuckle bamboo shank, shaped pipe that is stamped as a Group 5 shape number 5105. (Collectors take note!!! This pipe was initially stamped as a 4105, with a "5" stamped over the "4"!) As you will see in the dimensions below, this is a solid Group 5 size pipe. The grain that flows around the bowl is exceptionally beautiful for a Dunhill pipe. The overall balance feels very nice as does the hand feel. The draft is easy and a pipe cleaner will easily pass to the bottom of the bowl.
Here are the dimensions: The overall length is about 6.30". The bowl height is 2.0". The tobacco chamber is about 0.875" in diameter, and very gradually tapers down the bowl's 1.70" inner depth. This beautiful and exotic Dunhill pipe weighs 43 grams.
This pipe has been cleaned, sanitized, rejuvenated and polished, both inside and out. It is in very clean condition. The bowl stampings can be easily read. It is ready to deliver immediate enjoyment right out of the box.Once again, this is a seven day no reserve pipe auction. I do not believe in "Reserve" or "Buy it Now" prices. I want the lucky high bidder to own and enjoy this pipe and not have him frustrate himself with bidding on a pipe that is not attainable on a price basis! Just be the high bidder at the close of this auction, and you will win what could again prove to be the best pipe in your collection! Please read and review my eBay ratings and comments. Check out the "ME" section after my eBay name "coopersark". I think that you will find this information very informative and telling! Please feel free to send me an e-mail with any questions that you may have about this pipe. I want you to bid with the highest of confidence! I use only the best of packaging materials. The pipes that I ship have too much time and labor lavished on their restoration and presentations as well as the many of these pipes are irreplaceable works of art. I am not going to risk damage by using lesser packing. (In my nine years of selling pipes on eBay and shipping thousands of pipes around the world, not a single pipe has been damaged!) I also try my utmost to ship your pipe the same day that I receive your payment, even if this means making a special trip to the Post Office just for you alone. The Registered parcels that ship overseas take extensive time with both the packaging and four forms of documentation that must be filled out. Unfortunately, this all has to be reflected in my shipping costs, so please bid accordingly. The winning bidder will include an additional $10.00 for Priority Mail shipping, tracking, and insurance. (Foreign bidders will remit payment by Pay Pal ONLY and will include an additional $12.00 for International Air Mail shipping.) Thank you for your interest. Please do not forget to check out my other auctions! Good Luck and Happy Bidding!!!
