Shipment

We ship by Hong Kong Post :1st Class Air Mail via Registered Post (no online tracking provided) - 8-14 working days to reach destination. We could upgrade the shipments to GLOBAL EMS (with online tracking):3-5 working days to reach destination. DHL or Fedex is available upon further request.

Item will be packed in a cartoon box/bubble paper and item will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon receiving of payments.

Shipping insurance is required for each mechandise.

Non-Receipt / Defective GOODS

All defective items (unless self broken or not buying from studiosunny) could be returned to us upon purchase within 21 days, and we could send out the new one for you. Buyers must bear the shipment fees from their local cities to China.All Buyers bear the shipment costs for returning or damaged items. And report of defects should be received within 7 days upon arrival of item.

Please send us email campsunny@hotmail.com if you do not receive your goods within 21 working days. We will then either issue refund (insurance fees cannot be refunded in this case). We really hope no negative or paypal dispute before any email communication.
