This is a custom designed and built building, only 6 months old, with two 4'x4' drive-up windows and a 4'x4' walk-up window on the end of the building. The building is 8'6" wide by 20' long and 11' tall...It was designed to be transportable, the building is constructed on (2) 6"x6"x20' pres.treat skids with 2"x8" pres.treat floor joists on 16" centers with 3/4" pres.treat subflooring. Walls are 2"x4" on 16" centers and are fully insulated- exterior is 30 year "Smartside" siding, interior walls are Pine bead board (20' length) and sheetrock end walls. Interior ceiling is vaulted sheetrock, roofing consists of 2"x6" rafters fully insulated w/ridge cap venting and 30 year metal roof. All electrical circuits are "GFCI" protected and run inside EMT conduit connected to 100 amp interior fuse panel. Power is currently supplied via exterior power panel with "plug-in" type connection to the panel ($1500.00 set-up)

This building currently has its own onboard fresh water supply (53 gal.) and the waste water tank is located underneath the rear deck (60 gal.) There is a 2.5 horsepower stainless steel well pump with 5 gal. pressure tank along with onboard serviceable water filter system and Ariston 6 gal. point-of-use water heater. The building could easily be converted to "city" water and/or waste system. This building was designed and built to exceed most city and health dept. requirements for health-electrical-structural-water or waste systems.
