LEAVING FEEDBACK:

eBay has a new feedback rating system and without knowing it you may be penalizing a seller and causing them to

incur additional fees and charges that undoubtedly will be passed on to the eBuyers in the item’s pricing.

 

eBay’s 5 star rating IS VERY MISLEADING. Although you can give 3 and 4 stars to show that you are satisfied with

your transaction, eBay and PayPal both will PENALIZE the sellers for getting less than a 5 star rating by charging higher

fees and PayPal penalties for getting less than a perfect score.

 

So, please if you are satisfied with your purchase, please give a 5 star rating instead of a 3 or 4 star rating. This will help

to keep us from raising our prices to make up for the added fees that eBay and PayPal charges the sellers for a less

than perfect score. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before leaving your feedback.

PAYMENT METHODS:  Payment is accepted by PayPal.  If paying by personal check your order may be held until

the check clears our bank, usually 14 to 21 days.  Credit cards and eChecks are accepted through PayPal only. 

 

Payment is expected within 3 days of auction's end or Buy It Now purchase.

SAFE PACKING:  All shipments are packed carefully in sturdy professional mailers, padded envelopes, or boxes

depending on the item.

 

SHIPPING:  All shipments 13 ounces or less are sent via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail, over 13 ounces will be

shipped via USPS Parcel, or Priority Mail unless otherwise noted.  We ask that you allow us two business days to process

and ship your orders, however, most orders will ship within one business day (Monday-Friday) from confirmation of payment.  

 

COMBINED SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS:  Once you won the FIRST auction or made your Buy Now

purchase please contact us letting us know you wish to combine shipments. Once you have finished making your purchases,

let us know and we will send you an invoice with all your purchases and the total of shipping, handling, and insurance

charges. This will allow the reduction in some of the shipping and handling charges as well as combining the total declared

value for your insurance if desired.

 

INSURANCE:  We use professional packaging materials so we rarely have an incident where an item is damaged but

we still highly recommend insurance because parcel carriers still have accidents crushing or loosing packages from

time to time. 

 

Insurance is normally only $1.75 or $2.25 depending on the final value of your shipment, see chart below, and should be easy

enough to add to your purchase during checkout. Or if you would like you can let us know you would like the insurance, request

a new invoice, and we will add insurance for your convenience.

 

If for some reason your shipment does arrive damaged or is lost in the mail contact us as soon as possible.
