PAYMENTS
Detailed instructions for payment will be provided to winning buyers through an automated notification email provided at the end of each auction. The following is a list of more specific payment instructions:

- A Full Payment or Deposit (depending on auction terms) must be made within 7 regular days after auction has closed.
- We accept PayPal / Money Order / Cashier's Cheque / Credit Card and Wire Transfer payments only.
- Personal Cheque's are not accepted and will be returned upon receipt.
- Only payments in US or Canadian Currency will be accepted.
- If paying via PayPal, the PayPal address must be verified.

Once your payment has been received, we will email you to confirm receipt of payment. Buyers paying through PayPal will receive an automated email notice to confirm receipt of payment within 24 hours once the payment has cleared. If this email is not received within 24 hours and upon checking both eBay and the associated email account, please contact us to confirm whether or not your payment has been received. For customers paying via Money Order, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your payment to be received. You may also contact us to follow up on your payment status if you wish.

DEPOSIT:
In almost all auctions for our tractors, diesel generators and wind generator systems, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required. If taking part in a pre-sale listing for the item, the deposit is required once the auction closes in order to process your order.

DELIVERY
Completed orders are shipped out to customers within approximately 4 weeks after winning auction and full payment is received. For pre-sale items, once your payment is received, the order will be sent to the manufacturers. Manufacturing time is about 10-14 days, and ocean delivery is about 2 weeks. For products available and in stock, the shipment will be processed once a complete payment has been received for the purchase.

* We are able to offer direct shipping from the manufacturers to major shipping ports across the US. If you would like to receive a quote for direct shipping, email us and include your State and closest shipping port and we will advise of direct shipping availability to your location.

WARRANTY:
1 Year Manufacturer Warranty on parts and accessories.

D.O.A. PRODUCT POLICY:
All electrical units sold are covered by our D.O.A. (Dead-on-Arrival) policy. Our manufacturers ensure that all units are tested and are in working order. If an item arrives and malfunctions, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us by phone or e-mail and notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. The buyer must contact us to report any missing parts and accessories received with the package within 5 days of delivery. Only reports submitted within the stated time frames will be reviewed, otherwise, the D.O.A. guarantee expires. When submitting a D.O.A. report, please include details for the shipment, eBay item number, and additional details to be reviewed. Upon review of the report, we will then communicate with the buyer to determine the appropriate action. After the stated time frames upon receiving the shipment and no report is received, we assume that the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales are final.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY:
Damaged product claims will need to be reported within 5 days upon receipt of the shipment . We do not cover small dents, scratches, and paint finish concerns. Only severe shipping damage reports will be reviewed. When submitting a damaged product report, please include the tracking number assigned for the shipment, eBay item number, pictures for proof of damages, and any other additional details to be reviewed. Also, contact and notify the shipping company to ensure that they are aware that damages were noted on the item received. Upon review of the report, we will then communicate with the buyer to determine the appropriate action. We require up to 5 business days in order to review damaged reports. No damaged reports received after 5 days from the delivery date reflected by the tracking information will be taken into consideration. We will assume that the buyer is fully satisfied with their purchase and all completed sales are final.

RETURN POLICY:
Original product must be returned to our primary locating in Burnaby, BC within 30 days. We only offer exchange for the product. Returns and order cancellations must be authorized. Order cancellations are subject to 25% restocking fee. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

SALES TAX:
The following Sales Tax applies to the total cost for the item (winning bid and shipping costs combined) only for Canadian buyers where the item is shipped to a Canadian address:
6% GST for ALL Canadian buyers.
7% PST for ONLY BC Residents in Canada.
No Sales Tax will be applied for those residing in the US.

By purchasing any of our items, the purchaser agrees that this seller and their agents, servants, employees, officers, directors, trustees and all other persons or entities acting on their behalf and the manufacturer, is not responsible for any accident or injuries that may occur for any reason (including manufacturer's default) during use of the purchased goods. Carefully review User Manuals provided with the purchase (only if available and applicable) for instructions and use. Purchaser must comply with all provincial/state laws and safety procedures where purchaser intends to use their purchase (only applicable to certain products such as Tractors and Generator systems sold by this seller).

-Due to the heavy demand for our equipment, we place our orders with different manufactures. The unit that you receive may vary from the pictures shown in our listings. Some specifications may vary. For example, the physical dimensions and fuel tank capacity may differ.

-The seller reserves the right to end auction due to prior sale.
