- Paypal is accepted as long as we are shipping to your confirmed paypal address. Please do not put secondary addresses to ship to in the payment notes or send us messages to ship to a separate address, sorry we are not able to honor such requests.
- We accept Personal and Business Checks. There is a 10 day hold on all checks for proper clearing. Please remember it is not when you can see your check has cleared through your online banking site. For problem checks it has to be presented twice, then returned to our bank who then needs time to notify us. The process or a returned check takes 8-9 days. Please be patient, we always send your order just as soon as possible.
- We also accept Money orders and Bank certified checks. We are sorry, but due the heavy amount of counterfeit, forged and stolen money orders out there. This payment method has the same hold time as a business or personal check.
- For security purposes we do not ship to any business name that would suggest the package being shipped would have a high value amount. That means we can't ship to a business name at would include, Gold, Silver, Platinum, Diamonds, Coin(s), Numismatic and etc. This means if you are paying via paypal you will need to be sure your confimred ship to name qualifies before bidding or making payment. We reserve the right to not ship to any name or address that we feel may present a security risk.
- Combine Shipping Rules: There is a limit of 3 days and 4 auctions for combined shipping. If you do not pay or complete ebay check out within 3 days of auction end, the items will not combine ship. You pay full shipping on 1st item, then a discounted rate on 2nd, 3rd and 4th. We like to save people money whenever possible but need to have rules to help speed up the payment process. If you want combined shipping rates you must pay for all your items with one single payment. We are not able to send two separate payments in one package. Once you complete checkout for an item, we are not able to add that item to any future winnings to that item.
- Insurance is included in all shipping rates. All items are shipped fully insured. We do not use USPS or UPS insurance as if you read their fine print you will find that in almost all circumstances, they do not insure gold, silver or platinum and etc. In the event of a lost package, we file claims for you. We are not able to file a claim until a package has been lost for 30 days or longer. For orders shipped from $1.00 - $249.99 , an online delivery confirmation from USPS.com, UPS.com or similar carrier is accepted as a completed delivery. For orders $250.00 and up a signature confirmation from USPS.com, UPS.com or similar carrier is accepted as a completed delivery. On signature confirmations it does not matter who signs for your package. Keep in mind if you are sending packages to your office. Anyone there can sign for your package. Packages sent to offices are where 90% of the problems occur.
- Contact by winning bidder is expected within 3 days. Best proper contact is for the buyer to complete ebays checkout by clicking on the pay now button and following the simple steps. This is also the best ways to get a sellers address. If you paid via paypal, a completed payment is considered contact. We may elect not to honor any item in which the buyer has not contacted us within 10 day of item end.
- Graded coins sold are of guaranteed grade by the respective grading company and not by Paradise Mint Inc. Claims against grade are handled by sending item to respective grading company for what is called an Appearance Review.
- The coin and bullion market is volatile. Coin prices may fluctuate rapidly resulting in a significant loss or gain. Because these markets can be volatile, all sales of bullion coins, bars and certified coins are final and not returnable.
- Paradise Mint Inc, does not give investment advice or guarantee a profit. Past performance of coins does not give a guarantee of future performance.
- The available population of a certified coin or the grading trend of a certified coin can change at anytime. One should not buy purely based upon current population reports or grading trends.
- Sorry, we do not offer any type of local pick up. We are not a retail location. For the security of our staff and to keep our insurance company happy, we are not able to do any local pickup regardless of your credentials.
- To safeguard the winning bidders identity and auction ingregity, we are not able to give out any winning bidder information or shipping information over the phone. Winning bidders please use the contact us button on this auction so we can verify we are communicating with the winning bidder of the item.
We currently receive between 400 - 1200 e-mails a day. We do try to answer your e-mails as quickly as possible, Our response times just depends on that days volume of e-mails.
