Commemorative coin uncirculated Clad Half Dollar struck in accordance with lesislation passed by Congress and signed by the President on January 20, 2004, as Public Law 108-486. This coin has been produced by teh Department of the Treasury. United States Mint to honor the Bald Eagle's restoration to America's waterways and skies. commemorates the 35th anniversary of teh Endangered Species Act of the United States.  Please see specifics for composition and mint marks.  Mintage of only 750,000.00.
