Collings guitars are custom made deep in the heart of Texas for such artists as Keith Richards, Lyle Lovett, Pete Townshend, Emmylou Harris, Andy Summers, David Crosby, John Fogerty, Brian May, Joan Baez, etc.

Up for auction is an excellent 2008 Collings 0002H SB in rare custom ordered sunburst finish. Includes the original TKL hardshell plush Geib style case made for Collings, as well as the original Collings warranty/registration card. Frets are in excellent condition. No modifications.

- Select Sitka spruce

- East Indian rosewood back and sides

- Grained ivoroid binding

- Herringbone trim with matching backstrip

- Cross-cut grained ivoroid and wood nitrate strip rosette

- Pre-war scalloped bracing

- Tortoise-style pickguard

- High gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish

- Honduran Mahogany Neck

- Slotted peghead with Brazilian rosewood overlay

- Mother-of-pearl Collings logo

- Ebony fingerboard and pyramid bridge
