SHIPPING
This item ships via UPS ground service to a deliverable U.S. street
address. At this time we cannot ship to APOs and PO boxes, and your
order will be delayed if that is the address given, until we are given
a street address. At this time, car seats cannot be shipped to Canada or other international locations.
- Please
include telephone number when buying from our store. At this time we
use off-site email to send shipping confirmations, with phone number as
a back up method of contact. If you do not include your telephone
number in your profile when buying from KidsNPetsOutlet, we will have
no way of contacting you should your email address send our emails to
your spam folder, and you not receive our tracking information.
- Please allow up to 3 days for your paid order to ship from our warehouse PLUS actual
shipping time for delivery to your location (via ground service).
- Local pick-up is not available.
- Shipping to an unconfirmed address
may delay your order (we reserve the right to cancel a sale and refund
all monies if delivery to an unconfirmed address is requested, please

Payment Information:
Payment
must be received within 7 days of auction close or we will close the auction with an UnPaid Item Dispute. We prefer PayPal, but
can accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express by phone if
you request during checkout. We can also accept payment by money order
shipped to the payment address.
Return Policy:
In the event a return is requested, purchaser must contact us for authorization before return shipping of the item(s). All returned item(s) must be received by us within 7 days of original delivery of the item. Buyer
is responsible for return shipping (which must include adequate
insurance). Returns are accepted for new and resellable item(s) only.. The returned item must be sent in its original box, include all packing/documentation, and have all tags still attached.
