Payment

Payment is required within 3 days of auction close.  If multiple auctions are won, we will combine shipping, and payment is required within 3 days of final auction won for the combined group.

We ship all of our packages in NEW Corrugated Boxes or Bubble Mailers.  While we cannot guarantee the love the USPS will show your item, we can assure that it is sent off with a comfy package and our love.  We believe this little added expense is worth it to help insure your item arrives safely.

Shipping

I will usually ship your item within 2 days of receipt of cleared payment. If you pay through Paypal via a checking account, this takes a few days. My goal is to ship next day (after cleared payment), and I will try my best to get your item to you quickly.  We visit the post office daily for package shipping.

Please note that shipping to Alaska or Hawaii via Media Mail can be VERY slow! If you are in Alaska or Hawaii and are in a hurry to get your item, please choose Priority Mail.

Remember that Media Mail shipments can be SLOW. USPS does not prioritize Media Mail shipments. ****PLEASE keep this in mind when leaving feedback for shipping time.**** Check the label to see when I shipped the item before you leave feedback for shipping time. You will find that I ship very quickly. I cannot be responsible for transit times.

Media Mail shipments can take up to 9 business days from date of shipment, and occasionally they take longer. The closer you live to Georgia, the faster you will get your item. On the plus side, Media Mail is much cheaper than other ways to ship, so if you aren't in a big hurry, you can save money by choosing Media. If you are in a hurry for your item, please choose Priority shipping.

Please email me for a corrected invoice BEFORE PAYING FOR YOUR ITEMS if you would like for me to combine shipping for more than one auction won. Cost will be based on total weight of all items won. You can really save some money on shipping this way, and I am happy to do it.

Insurance:  We do not automatically insure your items through the USPS.  Insurance is optional, but not required.  Please understand, after we ship your package it is then in the hands of the USPS.  We are not responsible for their mishaps.

Terms of Sale

All sales are final. I am unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is grossly misrepresented in the auction.  Please consider purchasing shipping insurance, as I cannot be held responsible for damages/loss that occur to items after they leave here.

If you have a problem with an item, please do not hesitate to contact me so that we can work it out. I value my positive feedback, and my goal is to have happy customers.
