A: It does not come with a shock pump or a manual. Manuals, however, can be found online - under the "support" tab on Specialized's website.

 Q: So is there going to be an additional $45 charge tacked on to the $118 for shipping? Or does the $118 include the $45 large shipping charge.
A: The shipping is as per the "calculator" in the listing - there is no extra charge. Put another way, UPS' $45 large package fee is included in the shipping charge.
