TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payments Accepted:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Paypal is HIGHLY
recommend. We will only ship to a confirmed addresses ONLY.
We will only ship to the billing address on credit cards after we have
confirmed it is authentic.
Fees:
Shipments and pick up’s (in California) require Los Angeles County sales
tax which is 9.25%.
Shipping Information:
We will process your order within 24 hours.
We will ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please contact us for additional shipping fees.
We will not ship to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. Boxes.
All items are shipped but shipping insurance is additional and
optional.
Small items ship UPS or Fed Ex. Large items usually ship freight carrier to
insure safe arrival. Please note that extra shipping
fees may apply in some remote areas. Please contact us to verify shipping
prices. Shipping is curbside, however in most cases
if someone is willing and capable to help the driver, the driver "usually"
is willing to help put the item where needed. (Additional
services are available, please contact us for details).
Pick-Up:
Items can be picked up 3-5 days after auction ends due to shipping from our
warehouse (shipping fees "may" still apply for some
items, some items can be picked up with no fee. Please contact us for more
information).
Delivery:
We will contact you with tracking information and expected arrival date.
Items usually arrive within 5-7 business days after
processing of order.
Returns:
If an item arrives with noticeable external damage, please refuse the
shipment and contact us immediately. Internal inspection
MUST be done while the driver is present. THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS
INTERNAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE. We
do come across defective items from time to time. All defective items will
be handled through the manufacturer. We will work
with our clients and manufacturers to insure the item will be working.
Non-defective returns are excepted, however there is a
15% restocking fee. Everything must be returned in the original packaging
by the customer or a return can not be processed.
