Brand new, never used 2009 Selle Italia Flite saddle that was installed on a bike, but removed before the bike left the store. The Selle Italia Flite was the saddle that ushered in the lightweight saddle trend way back in 1990. In this newly updated version, it gets a bit of cosmetic work done: A bolder logo with some pinstriping for its full-grain leather cover. But the essentials remain the same. Thanks to its 10% carbon composite shell it tips the scales at 200g -- light by any standard. Its thin "self-modeling" padding gives it comfort that even medium-weight to heavy riders will like. Its Ti 316 rails are made from super-light titanium alloy tubes with a "titanized" finish. They're ovalized at a 7mm width and a 8.5mm height, and the inherent characteristics of Ti give you some added shock absorbency. 130mm wide, 280mm long. The retail price of the saddle is $174.99.
