The Selle Italia SLR Kit Carbon saddle is a lightweight saddle of refined style. It is perfect for road or mountain use and an elegant choice for the show bike. The SLR Kit Carbon utilizes the best properties of carbon--extraordinary lightness and high strength.

The SLR Kit Carbonio is the twin to the SLR in many vital respects: It's built on the same 30% carbon composite shell for lightness; it has the same EVA padding for comfort; and it has the same weather-resistant full-leather cover for longevity. The differences are twofold: For starters, instead of the Ti rails of the standard SLR, the Kit Carbonio is built on braided, long-fiber carbon rails to save weight (10g) and add a nice bit of visual appeal. Keep in mind, though, that Selle Italia says the SLR Kit Carbonio is fully capable of off-road use. In other words, the weight savings doesn't come at the cost of durability. Secondly, the Kit Carbonio has a carbon insert at the rearward portion of the saddle -- it's there for looks, not function, but it does look sweet.

All products are "hand-crafted" in Italy from the highest quality materials available. Saddles are created through laboratory research and state-of-the-art technologies that combine lightweight and anatomic shapes to provide maximum comfort.
