Terms: If you have a problem with your item, please contact us before your return period ends. After the necessary information has been provided, we will arrange for the item to be replaced. (If we do not have a suitable replacement available, you will receive a refund.) If an item needs to be returned, it must be returned to us at the buyers expense any way the buyer wishes as long as the item is received within 14 days from the date we authorize the return. THE RETURN PERIOD STARTS FROM THE DATE THAT THE CARRIER SHOWS THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED. Items sold AS IS with NO warranty have NO RETURNS ALLOWED; we will not take the item back. If we are notified of a problem after the return period ends, we are not able to allow a return! Things that void a warranty are physical abuse of the item, improper use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and swearing/threatening customer service. Please don't throw anything away as packing will be need to file a damage claim. If your item arrives damaged and you do not keep the box and packaging, the claim will most likely be refused by the shipping company so we won't allow a return. | | |

Payments must be made within 10 days of the end of the auction. If payment has not been received within 10 days from the sale date, we reserve the right to relist the item again and mark the sale as "unpaid".
Payments accepted: PayPal, All Major Credit Cards, Cashiers Checks.
**Payments sent in the mail MUST include the item number of the item(s) purchased.
Requests to modify your order after payment has been submitted will be subject to an additional charge, the value of which will be determined on a "per-request" basis. If the order has already shipped, no modifications will be allowed.
Feedback: Feedback is left within 7 days after we receive feedback. If you have left us feedback, and have not received a return feedback reply after 7 days, please contact us. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. IT IS OUR GOAL TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE THAT IS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION.
All IL residents will be charged IL sales tax.

 Shipping charges cover postage, processing and packaging. All items are shipped insured, paid for by the buyer. Please check the shipping calculator for your shipping charges. By bidding you agree to these charges. On a NORMAL day all paid orders are shipped before the following cut off times 7 AM CST for USPS and 2 PM CST for UPS. Please contact us about the status of an order ONLY if you believe there may be a problem, or if it has been 7 business days since we received payment, and you have not received your order. If you have purchased more than 1 item or wish to purchase more than 1 item, please wait for us to send you a combined invoice.
**USPS does NOT track packages, if your order is shipped USPS Priority mail and you receive a "tracking" number via email, that number just lets you know we shipped your order, and then it lets us know when you receive your order. After you receive that number it should take 2-4 business days to receive your order.**
**If you choose USPS Shipping (First Class or Priority Mail) you must add $1.50 (for every $100.00 of product price) for insurance. This will cover you if the item gets lost or damaged during shipping. By clicking "BUY IT NOW" or submitting an offer or placing a bid, you are agreeing to pay the insurance charge if USPS shipping is chosen.
**International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.
**If the shipping carrier returns a package to us (undelivered, refused, etc.), we will contact you and let you know that we have received the package. (If the package was shipped with UPS: We are charged a fee by UPS for any package returned to us - this fee will be passed on to you.) You will have the opportunity to make any address corrections, if necessary, and the item can be reshipped (at your expense). If you do not want the package to be reshipped to you, we will allow you to choose a refund (of the item's price) minus a 20% restock fee. Limited Liability: In no event shall C Knapp Sales, Inc. or its owner, subsidiaries, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the products, bids placed on eBay, eBay's services or these terms and conditions (however arising, including negligence), including lost profits, whether or not the possibility of such damages was, or could have been, known. The liability of C Knapp Sales, Inc. and its owner, subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers, and the respective employees, to you or any third parties in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by you for the product purchased hereunder. By bidding on this item, you agree to these terms and conditions. Buyer agrees that any and all sales of merchandise offered through C Knapp Sales, Inc. constitutes a sale under applicable Illinois law with jurisdiction and venue solely and exclusively in Woodford Country, Illinois. |
