++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This listing is for 1 newly released ROLL or tube of 20 - 1 ounce 2010 American Silver Eagle Uncirculated coins .999 bullion. Buy with confidence from a long time TITANIUM Powerseller with a record that is second to none! Feel free to compare the DSR's. These are IN STOCK!!!! NOTICE - The US Mint is using a different tube/roll for Silver Eagles. The new tube/roll looks like the same white/clear tube and green lid, but the tube is LONGER and the coins are fitting in it much looser. The tube appears to be approx 1 coin longer (compared side by side to an older tube) and does allow for some coin movement. This change is strictly based by on the US Mint, NOT the sellers or wholesalers of these products. 2008 and 2009 were quite some years. Sky rocketing premiums, volatile spot pricing, Mint rationed deliveries, Mint suspended production and very limited supply as it seemed demand was off the charts or at least that is something I had said, along with many others. 2009's production numbers blew out the 2008 year - 28,766,500 coins sold vs. the 2008 high of 19,583,500 by 9.183 million - a 46.8% higher amount. That is with a higher spot price. And even with this demand, the Mint wasn't able to keep up and had a suspension of production late in 2009. Think about that one folks! 2010 is still rolling along with a bang. 2010 Q1 is an all time sales record. The running total for the first half of 2010 Jan (3.59 mil), Feb (2.05), March (3.381), April (2.5075), May (3.6365) and June (3.001) sales shows 18,168,500 coins sold vs. 13,824,500 the new high in 2009 - a 31% increase already and that includes a late start to the year and 3 weeks of Mint closed vendor order dates. This is a 36 MILLION COIN PACE folks for the year at this rate, 6 months into the year. Q1 of 2010 was an all time record setter. To really put the power of these numbers into context to show the demand- 2010 is almost ahead of 2008's total annual sales while the spot price just keeps going up and demand isnt backing off. **************************************************************************************** To proactively answer some questions in advance (because I always get them) No, I don't search the rolls. I don't have the time to and it isn't worth it anyway. These are fresh from green monster boxes, I put a piece of tape over the lid for shipping purposes. If that bothers you, take the tape off. I do NOT remove the lid and put anything in the top of the roll either between the coins and lid. I leave it as the US Mint sends them. I am selling these as Gem Brilliant Uncirculated bullion (worthy of a MS65 grade or better) as they are made and intended. Sometimes the rolls have gorgeous coins, sometimes they don't. They are production coins after all. If the coins have a mark on them, thats just the luck of the draw. If I missed any questions, please feel free to 'ask a seller a question'

Before any returns are accepted, you must contact me via e-mail or phone to discuss the specific issues with the item being returned within three days of receipt of the coin(s). Please take into consideration that "I am not a professional coin grader." If you disagree with the grade on the holder, you can take that up with the grading service and not me! Buyers remorse and third party grading issues are not valid reasons for a return and therefore will incur some special return fees. A broken slab or gross misrepresentation of the item are valid reasons for a return and a full refund will be issued. However, the original shipping package and USPS proof of damage if applicable must be returned inside another package in order to process your return for a full refund. No package or no USPS verification of damaged shipping slip, no refund, no exceptions! The buyer will then have the option for an exchange or a full refund. You have 7 days to return the item, the USPS delivery confirmation date will be used as reference. Customer satisfaction is my number one goal! Window shoppers have been costing me a bit of money and time, therefore the changes in my new return policy are for my protection as well as that of the serious buyer. For those items that do not meet the new return policy criteria, you will receive a refund minus all shipping fees, Ebay fees and a 20% restocking fee. SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTORS THAT SHOULD BE CONSIDERED BEFORE INVESTING IN THE RARE COIN MARKET RISK: The purchase of coins is highly speculative and involves substantial risk. As in other markets, coin prices can be extremely volatile and will rise and fall depending upon market conditions. Therefore, before purchasing coins, you should first have adequate cash reserves and other assets to absorb a potentially significant loss. HOLDING PERIOD: Historically, few coins have appreciated dramatically in the short term. Therefore, purchasers should recognize that it may well be necessary for them to hold coins for a 3 - 5 year period, or even a 5 - 10 year period, to have any chance of realizing a significant gain.
