But due to always changing circumstances within our retail location (yes…we sell to our local public too), please allow 7 to 10 business days for your item to arrive AFTER funds have cleared (even though most items arrive MUCH MUCH sooner).

* In the event your item seems to have been damaged while in transit or you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact us via EBAY MESSAGE. It is very important to try and keep the original box and its contents in its delivered condition for inspection by the transit company. Once the transit company issues a refund (may take as many as 4+ weeks), a replacement item will be shipped to you. However, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES WHILE IN TRANSIT, but we will surely do everything we can to help. We take great time and care in packaging your items and can not be held responsible for actions of those beyond our control.
* If your item was not damaged during Transit, All products must be returned for inspection at the cost of the buyer before any refund or exchange may be granted. Upon availability, all size exchanges of the purchased item are free and customer is responsible for all related shipping charges.  In the event that a refund is granted, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee except those found to be defective or those that did not meet the stated description. In the event an incorrect or defective item is received, the correct item will be sent out once the item has been returned and inspected. If we cannot replace the item, a full refund will be issued.
