This auction is for the pictured High Luster black Pearl Earrings set on .925 Sterling Silver posts. They are real pearls not the simulated or fake things like others are selling here on Ebay. I promise that you will not be disappointed. Each of the pearls on these earrings takes between 3-5 years to grow and is of exceptional luster when it comes to pearls.

Note: Black pearl earrings can have many different colors of overtones on them. They may very from blue, gray, purple, deep red, green, and many other colors.

Note: The gift box in the picture is for display purposes only. The earrings will come in a gift box, but it will differ from that which is pictured.

In the event the frequently malfunctioning Ebay system does not calculate a combined shipping amount correctly you are REQUIRED to contact me and request a revised invoice prior to payment being made. Failure to do so will void any discounts associated with combined shipping and the subsequent amount that would have been given will be given to a charity of my choosing.

EXPETATIONS:

Payment is expected to be made within 3 days of the close of the auction or the item is subject to being re-listed and resold. bids will only be accepted from buyers who have VERIFIED U.S. accounts and that desire shipment to U.S. addresses. APO and FPO are acceptable.

SHIPPING

ALL ITEMS SHIP VIA 1ST CLASS - PARCEL POST MAIL unless arrangements are made prior to payment being submitted.

I make it a daily ritual to go to the post office early in the morning. This does exclude Sunday's and Holidays as your package will not move within their facility on these days. What this means is if your payment is received prior to Midnight the item will ship the day following payment being made.

All items ship via 1st class / Parcel post mail unless arrangements are made prior to payment being made. If all goes well you should have your package in 2-14 days, but if any sort of a problem arises within the postal service it may take up to 21 days. Please be respectful of the 21 day period as there is NOTHING that I can do until this time period has elapsed.

After the 21 day period has elapsed if you have not received your package, contact me and I will let you know what information is needed to file an insurance claim as well as a report with the Inspector General of the U. S. Postal service. ALL lost packages will have reports filed - NO exceptions.

I use a program that automatically leaves feedback for those that want feedback. In order for you to receive feedback from me you must first leave it and allow the program to return it. If you don't care about feedback, don't worry about it the program will not leave it for you! Please do not request feedback as it is an automated program and leaves it as a courtesy once you have left it for me. What this means is if you want feedback, leave it and then you will receive it.

HANDLING TIME:

The handling time from the time a payment is received until the package is in the shipping carriers possession is 24 hours or less. This however excludes Sundays and Holidays.

RETURN POLICY:

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. All returns require a RMA number to be accepted. In order to obtain a RMA number you will need to provide a detailed description for the reason why you desire to return the item. Once the return is approved the number will be assigned.

All return expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. It is STRONGLY suggested that insurance and tracking be included with all returns. This is for your protection as a buyer as there is nothing I can or will do if the post office loses your package. All returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage or loss during the return process.
