Shipping
The shade and base must be shipped separately. Actual insured shipping for the double boxed shade shipped separately from the base will be $72 to the midwest, southern and eastern states and $98 to the west because I live in MI and shipping to the western zones is more expensive. Canadian buyers please email for actual shipping cost to your region. All carriers now charge based upon "dimensional weight," which means large packages cost more.
All of my lamps are packaged in a professional manner using the best materials with double boxed shades shipped separately from the double boxed bases. Check my feedback for comments on the packaging, as this is probably the most important aspect of buying a lamp on the internet once you know what you are buying!
Terms of Sale
If you have (0), less than (10), or negative feedback please email me before bidding. If you don't I will be forced to cancel your bid. Once the auction is over I will email the winning bidder. I truly appreciate it if you would respond to me at least within 24 hours of auction close so we can expedite the transaction as quickly as possible. I require payment within 7 business days of auction close. If payment is not received I send a reminder, an NPB, then a negative as a last resort. Please be aware that I cannot ship within 24 hours of receiving a money order payment. IF YOU PAY BY PERSONAL CHECK I REQUIRE TEN (10) business days for it to clear my bank, no exceptions. If this is not acceptable to you, then do not bid, or pay by bank cashier's check or money order. Due to the nature of what I sell, all sales are final.
Money orders, Cashiers Checks, Personal Checks (checks must clear my bank...absolutely no exceptions). If you pay by check I would like your agreement up front that you must wait for it to clear and not expect shipment before it clears.

I have been selling antiques on eBay since January 1, 2000. My track record speaks for itself. I run a pretty tight ship. No "buyer's premiums," no "hidden costs".....no surprises.....period! I have been collecting and selling antiques for more than 20 years. Lamps are of course my specialty, but I also sell many other items from my own collections. All Pottery & Glass is blacklighted. Pottery is also acetoned to test for repairs. My items are always described to the best of my ability. I do not sell "on approval." All items are marked invisibly with a blacklight pen for security, and photographed prior to packaging by a second party.
