Offered is a labeled "Greiner's Improved Patent Heads March 30th '58." The doll is on the original twill body and is hard stuffed. The doll has no repaint. She does have wear to the center part of her face The finish is rubbed or washd on her cheek area around her nose. The tip of the nose is worn off and her upper lip is chipped.. There is a gash in her chin and most of her brows are missing. She has deep comb molded center parted behind the ears hair do with 11 sausage curls around her head. The tops of the curls and hair strands are worn off.. There are lines in the surface of her shoulder plate back and front. She has molded ears. She has dark blue eyes with black centers and lid liner. Her leather arms are detached and are damaged. One of them is broken in several places and the hand is detached. She needs a little TLC.
