Shipping Information
The Spot Lowrider Shop Company Policy Shipping: Prices do not include shipping and handling. The Customer pays all shipping and handling fees. All shortages or damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please report to the shipping department at (510) 278-8044. The Spot Lowrider assumes no responsibility for delayed or damaged items due to UPS or Fed Ex shipments. Special Orders: Some items and special orders may take up to eight weeks for delivery. All special orders ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND NO REFUNDS will be given! No Exceptions! Credit Card Users: Shipping address must match credit card statement address and phone number. No returns or charge backs will be given. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! ** Tracking information will be given if wheels have not been delivered within 10 days after payment is received by money order, or cashiers checks. PLEASE do not call or e-mail us regarding this information as we are shipping so many items a day, we can't possibly get to everyone in a timely manor. NOTE 10 business days excludes weekends, holidays, or natural/ unnatural disasters. All credit card orders; especially Paypal may take up to 4 weeks for delivery, excluding special orders, which may take longer.
