If you're not satisfied with your item(s) for any reason, you may return the merchandise for replacement or refund. If returning merchandise. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. First, you must e-mail us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Once you receive the RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense per our instructions. We’ll send you a replacement at our expense. If you request a refund, the shipping cost will not be refunded (no exceptions). Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories (no exceptions). Refunds will be made via payment method used.
