Item Description:

Payment must be made within 5 days of end of auction – if payment is not received within 5 days, an ‘Unpaid Item Dispute’ will be filed, and the item(s) will be re-listed.

Shipping Info:

I only ship within the United States. I do not ship to APO’s (this requires custom forms which I prepay the package(s) and drop off at the Post Office before heading to work). While insurance is optional – I am not responsible for items lost in the mail, delays in the USPS delivery, or damage caused by the USPS.

Handling Cost:

Delivery Confirmation is included in the shipping/handling charges (except for Priority Mail DC, which is free); you will receive your Delivery Confirmation# thru your email.  While eBay may have lowered their insertion fee(s), they now charge sellers much higher closing value costs, so unfortunately I have been forced to raise my handling fees for shipping/handling. If you still think the shipping/handling costs are too high, PLEASE, hit you ‘Back’ Button-no sense in winning the bid and dinging the Star Feedback because you think the shipping/handling was too high.

Communication:

I try to be accurate with the item description; refunds will be giving if the item was not described correctly. If you need more time after the 5 days to pay for your winning auction-please send me an email. If you have not received your item(s) or have any questions or concerns, PLEASE email me.  I will do my best to make sure that you are happy.  As with everything else in life, communication is key to a successful transaction.
