Our Policies:

Payment:  We prefer to receive payment by Pay Pal, however we will accept a personal check, money order or cashier's check as long as we receive it within ten days of the ending of this auction.  We MUST receive payment within ten days.

Shipping:  We try to ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.  We usually ship via UPS, and would appreciate if you could provide a business or work address for delivery if possible.  This assures a confirmation signature on each delivery and faster, more reliable deliveries. 

Warranty/Return:  We do not accept returns on this item, however if the item is not as described we will offer a full refund.  If any product is damaged in shipping, this MUST be addressed with the carrier (usually UPS).  We automatically insure each package for $100 but additional value of insurance must be added by the buyer if desired.

Feedback Policy:  We leave feedback for buyers after they have paid  for the item.  Faster payment means better feedback.  Slow payers may or may not receive feedback from us.  We would appreciate an opportunity to correct any mistakes we make, prior to receiving negative or neutral feedback.  We pride ourselves on our service, and thus if given the opportunity to correct any human errors we have made, we always take responsibility for our mistakes, and do our best to correct them immediately.
