This listing is for 24 Handcrafted CUPCAKE TOPPERS.
These CUPCAKE TOPPERS are designed, hand-cut, and assembled by me. All adorned with THE MOST ADORABLE HAND GLITTERED ELMO! ELMO illustration is glitter accented and printed onto white, textured cardstock. I then cut your design into a scalloped circle shape. It is then mounted onto solid, coordinating, textured cardstock. I use a "pop-up" adhesive, so your ELMO circle will be 3 dimensional. Finally the double mounted design is secured to a wooden stick and ready to decorate your cupcakes!

THIS IS MY NEWEST DESIGN! I have matching invitations, thank you notes, favor bags, tags, centerpiece flags...all with this design to seamlessly coordinate your party.
