We personally inspect all items to ensure that they are either in “New in Box” condition or Fully Functional and Complete. When an item is marked as NEW it will arrive in its original box with all tags still attached. Most of our “scratch and dent” items have either had their box damaged in shipping or in the warehouse or they have some minor scratch or imperfection. We make every effort to clearly and accurately describe any imperfections.

We generally maintain an inventory of over 2000 items in our warehouse and are constantly inspecting and listing new items.
