DISCS:
 5 = Disc is in like new condition. The item plays perfect and the disc is scratch free.
 4 = Disc has minor or extremely light blemishes. The item plays great, but may include a slight scuff or scratch.
 3 = Disc plays fine but has signs of scratches and/or scuffs do from normal to heavy use.
 2 = Disc works good but may include multiple scratches and/or scuffs due to extremely heavy or abusive use.
 1 = Disc is defective and is not in working condition but may be repaired.
MANUALS:
 5 = Manual is like new condition and any use has been handled carefully.
 4 = Manual while in good condition, may have a few light creases possibly from being looking through occasionally.
 3 = Manual has been used and may have visible creases and/or tears, but is in fair condition.
 2 = Manual is in used condition and shows heavy use including deep creases or rips.
 1 = Manual is in defective condition but could still possibly serve it's purpose.
CASES:
 5 = Case is in like new condition with very minimal or no use. May include extremely light hairline blemishes.
 4 = Case is almost new condition and may have slight discoloration, but has been kept very well.
 3 = Case is in fair condition and may include surface scratches, scuffs, or discoloration.
 2 = Case has been heavily used and may include deep scratches, cracks, and markings.
