We are pleased to offer you our personalized JUMBO SAVE-THE-DATE Magnets with Envelopes. We will carefully personalize each magnet with your special photos, artwork and celebration verbiage.
Our magnets are a 20 mil thickness and are printed on a white gloss stock with beautiful vibrant colors. The heat fused digital laser colors will not smear or rub off. Each magnet measures 5 inches by 3.5 inches (double the size of what others are selling) and your design can be either vertical or horizontal. These magnets will notify your family and friends of your upcoming event and remind them every time they go to the fridge.
We have designed several examples for you to choose from; all you do is provide us with your personal information and we will insert it in the designated areas.
If you prefer a custom-design just for you, we will be happy to work with you for an additional $25 design fee. Our experienced designer will assist you to create a uniquely you scene! We have many backgrounds, fonts, borders and colors available and we will help you achieve the look and feel you want. We want your personalized magnets to be a cherished keepsake of your event for years to come!

We have listed a small quantity of magnets herein because there are many customers who only need a few. We will provide any quantity in multiples of 4. For a custom quantity, please email us at affordablesols@bellsouth.net and we will be happy to assist.
Photo Tips
- Photos should be close-up, bright & colorful
- One object of focus should be the primary image
- Don't choose old photos or ones that are dark or creased
- We can enhance some photos and crop, if needed.
- Save photos as .jpg formats at a high resolution (at least 350 dpi) for quality
- Email questions or a questionable photo to us and we'll let you know if it can be used effectively.

We will email you a sample to proof before printing (usually 1-2 business days). Once your proof is accepted, we will print and mail your magnets within one week on exluding holidays.
Payments
We accept PayPal, E-Checks, Credit Card through PayPal, Money Orders, and Personal Checks! PayPal is our preferred method.
Payments made via PayPal must arrive within 36 hours. For payment by check or money order, we will allow 6 days for receipt.
Once your payment is received, we will design your labels (no exceptions). If you have sent a check or money order, we will start the design as soon as we receive your payment. We will not design any graphic or print labels until a bid has been placed.

Shipping
Your magnets will be shipped to you in via USPS Mail. We do not require that you purchase insurance, but it is made available to you as an option when paying.
We are not responsible for delivery. We take every precaution to package shipments to avoid damage. If you are concerned about loss or damage, please consider the optional insurance available when paying. Please let us know if you have a date in which your shipment must be received and we will work with you. All shipment charges may be upgraded for quicker delivery. No refunds will be issued for shipments arriving late due to USPS delays.
Terms of Sale
If we do not receive all of your information at the time of payment and cannot reach you, we will only hold orders for 10 days. Please communicate with us as to your wishes. Our email is affordablesols@bellsouth.net
By placing a bid, you are signifying that you recognize and AGREE to all of the conditions described herein. We utilize the eBay Non-Paying Bidder Program and will report anyone who does not abide accordingly.

INDEMNITY
Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Affordable Solutions is NOT LIABLE for errors on a final product caused by Misspelling, Grammar, Punctuation or Customer-supplied graphic’s colors. Affordable Solutions is not liable for color matching or ink density on proofs approved by the customers. All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. Affordable Solutions is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.
All artwork, designs and images must be provided in minimum of 300 DPI and in CMYK color mode. Affordable Solutions is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. In situations where an “exact” color match is required, the corresponding Pantone Color Number MUST be provided OR a sample of the color must be sent via US Mail prior to any design work or print commencement.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since orders are unique to each customer and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Customer must notify Affordable Solutions within 6 business days of order acceptance to notify any defects discovered in the ordered product. In order to receive replacement Customer must return 100% of the received product within 10 days (at their own expense) from the date the ordered product was delivered.
